The entire process was a breeze from reservation to pick-up and drop off!

Our family is actively seeking to purchase an RV and our friends recommended we rent one prior to purchasing. They suggested we check out Freedom RV Rentals. I initially went to their website and was so skeptical because I heard of many RV rental horror stories about other RV companies in general. My husband and I are RV first timers, so the amount of questions we had was quite embarrassing! Dana was so patient with us as we switched back and forth from Class C to travel trailer online. Each time I had a question via email, Dana responded within 24 hours or less (That's impressive considering other RV places I'd already contacted in San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties)! She even offered to have me check out their fleet prior to charging my deposit and when we showed up that's when we felt the "red carpet" roll out! She knew that we had concerns of towing a trailer vs driving an RV and she was able to answer all of the questions with certainty and a level of courtesy that didn't make us feel incompetent.

We decided to rent the Jayco Jay Flight travel trailer for our first trip and tow it with our 2010 Yukon XL. During the ENTIRE transaction and weekend we had a huge smile on our face! We couldn't believe the price we got, especially after receiving 10 other quotes from other businesses and private parties. Freedom RV gave us everything we needed including a generator, toilet paper, full tank and NO CHARGE for dumping and water!!! WOW! I kept bragging about it ALL weekend. Not only that, we were able to pick up early and drop off by 12 pm. I walked away with my deposit without ANY hassle! This is completely unlike other rental places in which I read reviews of being charged $250 for cleaning and dumping!

We are already planning our nest rental for the Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival while they assist us in our search for an RV. This time we're going for the Class C! Can't wait to brag that experience either!!!!

Freedom RV is awesome!

Great customer service, plenty of RVs to choose from, RVs are very clean and the staff shows you how to operate every aspect of the RV. As a plus, they inspect every RV before it leaves for a trip. They even put new tires on the coach I rented the day before I picked it up to ensure it was road worthy. What a great piece of mind this was. I didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying my trip. I am already planning my next trip and will and will definitely rent from RV again.
