Mileage Fee:
All rates include 100 miles per night. Additional mileage rates by estimate only.

Preparation Fee:
$65 per Motorhome/Trailer which includes septic-safe toilet paper and chemicals, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Freedom RV Rentals will dump and flush the holding tanks upon your return and the refrigerator will be on and cold when you pick up. You will also have a comprehensive walk through of the vehicle before departure.

Generator Use:
Two free generator hours per night are included, additional hours are $2.00/hr for gas units and $3.00/hr for diesel units.

Insurance:
We require a written insurance binder from your auto insurance company or you can purchase collision and liability on-line through www.MBAchoice.com

Minimum Rental:
3 nights

Discounts:
Military, Police & Fire, as well as 7+ night rentals, receive 10% off the nightly rental rate.

Reservation Deposit:
$250 Reservation Deposit required at booking that will apply towards your rental fee. No reservation will be confirmed without deposit.

Rental Charges:
Rental charges, minus the reservation deposit, are due 7 days prior to the pick-up day.

Security Deposit:
$1000-$1500 security deposit is required on the day of rental pick-up.

Cancellation:
Reservations that are canceled 30+ days prior to departure incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure, the $250 reservation deposit is forfeited.

Parking, Traffic and Toll Violations:
Renters MUST inform Freedom RV Rentals of any parking, traffic and/or toll violations incurred during their rental. Failure to do so breaches the rental contract and will result in a $50 administrative fee in addition to fines.

Rentals into Mexico & Canada, Pets and Smoking are NOT PERMITTED.

Renters and drivers MUST be at least 25 years old.
